| John W. Lahr, OD, FAAO: Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Has served in a number of leadership positions in the American Optometric Association and has served as a member of the Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee to develop practice standards for optometry. He was the AOA's first representative to the American Medical Association's CPT coding Health Care Professional's Advisory Committee. He is a well known lecturer nationally and internationally. Dr. Lahr is an Editorial Board member for Optometric Management and currently serves as the Director of Primary Eye Services for STAAR Surgical, Inc. and Director for Professional Services for EyeMed Vision Care. | ||
